| HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY CONSULTATION |
- Convert results of audit into specifications for tender/request for quotation
- Review tender/quotation submissions for compliance with specification
- Verify the handover certificate
- Compile relevant documents for the property's safety file

- Unless specifically requested by the client FE will not tender for any contracts arising as a result of the Audit.
- If the client requests FE to undertake new/additional installations or carry out training this work will be priced at a preferential rate incorporating a percentage of the Audit fee as preliminaries.
- Following any proposed chages FE recommends that a periodic review of installations and procedures be undertaken
- Where modifications and training are undertaked by FE, this periodic review will be incorporated into an ongoing maintenance contract.
